Is the free memorial really free?
Yes. A free memorial is a real, private memorial — one curated environment, up to ten photos, basic moderation, and full export. No watermark and no ads. Annual or Lifetime is required when a family wants the full set of environments, unlimited media, and long-term preservation.
Why two paid tiers instead of three?
Grief is the wrong moment to negotiate features. One affordable plan that renews, and one lifetime plan for families who want to be done thinking about it.
What does 'donation tooling at 0%' mean?
If the family chooses to add donations, we charge nothing on top. The card processor still takes its standard fee, and we never insert a tip prompt for Flieder during checkout.
Can we leave Flieder and take everything with us?
Always. You can export every memorial as a ZIP with photos at original resolution, story text, audit log, and a printable PDF — at any time, on any tier.
